How much should I expect to pay for a new concrete floor of approx. 315 square feet in a cellar?

current floor is dirt.

Depending of course on how much material needs to be removed (and how difficult the access is to do that), and significantly also on whether the basement is already finished or not (not likely in your case since dirt floor) because pumping it in is the easiest but also splashes around a fair amount. Typically about $7-10/SF in basements including the stone base and vapor barrier.
