How do I figure out where certain piping ends?

I recently bought a flipped home, I was able to get Intouch with the plumber that worked on the house but he blew me off, there is copper piping (although they replaced all other piping with mostly pex) that leads to an inaccessible crawl space that is also under the master suite. On that piping there is a valve which is currently off but I’ve turned it on for a second just to see if it has water to it and it does. I’m concerned to know where this piping leads to and how to find out.
