Hi,

This is James W. in Member Care. I'm happy to help!

I’m very sorry to hear about your difficulties with this window service. We’d really like to get this information to our other members and appreciate you letting us know. You can submit a review using the form I’ve included below. You can also submit your feedback through the website or by giving us a quick call.

Often times, submitting this feedback will be enough to get the end result you are looking for. However, Angie's List also offers our members a program to help resolve complaints when they've had a negative service experience. If you are interested in this and to help determine if you qualify, please answer the additional questions below the review form. These questions are also available when submitting at the website.

I will post a review form and the Complaint Resolution programs below. You can respond to this thread or submit a new Answers post. You can also reach us at memberservices@angieslist.com. We're happy to help!

To help determine if you qualify for our complaint resolution process, could you please answer these additional questions?

1. When was the service performed, or money paid?

2. If this complaint is more than 12 months old, do you have a written warranty or agreement from the provider pertaining to the services in this complaint?

3. Have you made at least one attempt to contact the provider regarding your complaint?
