How do I file a dispute with a company on Angie's list?

I'd talk first with the company, if they take their Angie's List position seriously, and you are reasonable, I'd think they would work it out with you.

Where is the answer to this question? Companies to do anything unless specific action is taken against them. HOW DO YOU FILE A DISPUTE WITH A COMPANY???
