If you're an Angie's List member, sign in and submit a report on your experience. A negative review prompts us to ask you a few more questions, including whether or not you'd like to initiate the Angie's List Complaint Resolution Process. If you choose to go through the Complaint Resolution Process, our team will try to mediate the problem with the contractor.

If you're not an Angie's List member, you can submit a non-member review at, but keep in mind that non-member reviews aren't counted in a contractor's overall grade, and they're displayed differently to our members. Non-members also don't have access to our Complaint Resolution team.
