If stuff needs to be sorted (some saved to give to previous owner/renter) then Organizing - Home and Garage in the Home area might be the best category. If lots of junk that needs throwing out, probably a Hauling contractor (trash hauling). If just move-in cleaning by a house/apartment cleaner, then Cleaning under Services.

Now the catch - since out of your service area, you can either add that area (for typically $10-20/year) to your membership, or AL will do a one-time courtesy search for you if you have not availed yourself of that service recently.

You are goingto be have to be sure to get them key and authorization to be in the condo, and let condo association office know someone will be there. Also define exact scope of work, and what does NOT get thrown out. If furnished, then you have a theft risk, especially if you do not have a "Before" set of photos showing furnishings. Generally safer to get this sort of thing done while you are there to supervise/oversea, especially with a cleaner you have not used before - not the same as with a repeat cleaner by the same person.
