If your problems with service were during the first year I have some suggestions> If they are still in business. Go to the local home builders association website, make a written complaint. Video tape the problem(s) with perhaps your children as actors, send the company the video and the local can help desk at tv station. File writen complaint at Better Business Bureau. (If they are members and have agreed to binding arbitration,, use the service). Put a sign in your yard. Blog about them. Send a certified letter or better yet if issue is under your state limit for small claims court, file a suit. The longer it drags on the less hospitable you can become and you must be a squeeky wheel.

If you're an Angie's List member, be sure to sign in and submit a report on your experience. Negative grades on a report prompt us to ask our members if they'd like to initiate the complaint resolution service. If you're not a member, visit to submit a non-member review of their work. The Complaint Resolution service is a perk only available to our members.
