How can I do a review about my experience with a contractor that we hired, but hasn't done the work yet?

Our experience with the company through the bidding and planning process has been very positive, and I would like to post that; but it seems confusing to me to mark that the work wasn't done. Plus, I can't honestly grade punctuality and quality, but I can't skip over those answers. I know what I want to write for my comment, but how do I answer the questions at the top?

Hello, this is Meranda with Angie's List.

You can submit a review at any point in the hiring process, and as it sounds like you'll want to do, you can update that review later. I understand the grading may be a little confusing when the work isn't finsihed yet, but grade on how their punctuality and quality has been to date (i.e. how quickly did they arrive and submit the bids? how well-thought out and thorough has their planning been?) Use the comment space to indicate the job is in progress now but so far this has been your experience. Again, you can update the review to reflect the finished work after it's complete.
