Unless it is a valuable antique, having them ground out will cost more than a new mirror.

One thing that works well - clean it VERY well with glass cleaner, being sure final wiping is with a lint-free rag so no debris are left in the scratches. Then let dry WELL, in dry bathroom (not after shower), and use clear fingernail polish (clear lacquer) to fill the scratches, then when dry use a single-edged razor blade fairly flat to the mirror, maybe a 30 degree angle, to gently shave off the excess. Like slicing off slices of meat on a turkey or roast, use a slow, gently slicing motion with the blade, sliding the blade edge along the scratch as you slice. Much more slicing then pushing motion or you can peel it out of the scratch. Almost invisible, though will show as much as the original scratch did when damp with condensation.
