A quick search of several Houston sources indicates about $70-100/cy delivered and spread out reasonably close to where truck can get. If includes prep of the area to be mulched including edging, light underbranch trimming, and minor weeding (normal, not infested) first, then appears that about $150-200/cy is in the normal range.
