There seem to be a lot of Time Warner Cable subscribers with the same issue. Google the following search term - you willl find the official Time Warner Cable info and help sites listed, as well as blogds and commentaries on people who did and did not get it to work.

The new ROKU Streaming Stick may provide additional options. TWC is one of the available channels. They retail for $50, and are rarely on Sale. Occasionally, you might see $40-45. I have had one for close to 2 months, and think it has exzcellent value at the full $50. It is also so small and convenient, I take it with me when i travel. Pretty much every good streaming channel there is, is readily available (Hulu Plus, Netflix, HBO GO, Showtime Anytime, and many more).
