Moving typically refers to providers that move your items from one place to another during a home move or otherwise.

A hauling company is one that will haul away junk or items that you are getting rid of and need to have taken to a dump or other disposal site.

Thanks so much!

Moving companies also generally applies to commercial moving and storage type companies, where Hauling commonly is small or one-man outfits, although some who are large local trash removal companies - or "garbage companies".

Haulers does not just mean trash - many are companies who specialize in clearing out debris in a house or around a property - be it construction debris, storm debris, an estate or organizers cleanout, etc - they commonly also will haul stuff from one place to another for you a lot cheaper than a commercial moving company - like moving sheds or recreational items or such between locations, reclaimed lumber from where it is to your location, etc.
