The rollers (with axles) - generally cannot be changed out on axle reasonably) cost about $15-30 for a ten-pack depending on brand and how heavy-duty they are - so with contractor markup say $35 materials. The labor should be about a strong manhour to two manhours to replace 10 (may be done by one or two man crew depending on contractor), so say about $150-250 labor.

Assuming this is a typical roll-up panel door that opens on track flat against the ceiling rathe than a coil door, this is not total rocket science if you want to do it yourself (easier with two people). You can wedge or prop the door in place so it does not fall out of vertical (in the closed position), then undo all the rollers on one side, roll them out of the track, clean the track, then put in all the new rollers for that side and fasten them in place one by one. Then MANUALLY releasing thedoor from the opener and lifting the door - without using the opener - open and close the door to be sure it rolls freely and you did not get a wheel cocked in the track that jams. Then do other side and test same way. Then reconnect opener and test a few times with opener to be sure operates smoothly without jamming.
