How much would it cost to add 2 bedroom with a full basement beneath?

Own A 2 bedroom home built on a slab. Would like to add 2 bedroom with a basement beneath. this house with this add would be half slab and half basement. Bedrooms 10 x12 and 13 x 15.

Here are links to several similar questions with answers - note your cost would commonly be maybe $3-10,000 higher than indicated due to the need to underpin the existing slab while the basement is dug and the foundation wall is placed at that end of the existing house, so the weight of the house on the slab does not cause collapse and slab failure into the excavation.

Cost of course depends on soil and groundwater conditions. In some soil conditions, the soil under the slab has to be stabilized with tieback anchors, or sometimes a short segment of basement is sacrificed to minimize this problem, extending the slab a few feet (usually as a thickened slab) before the basement excavation starts so the basement excavation does not have to undermine the slab to put in the basement foundation wall.
