If you have kids wanting to use this and they are over about 11-12, they should be able to assemble it. Usually about 5-10 minute job with simple kitchen junk drawer tools. Or for smaller kids if you are mechanically hopeless, if you know a nice teenage boy in neighborhood he would probably be glad to do for $10-15 bucks if you provide tools - some don't even need tools.

Don't forget to read instructions on ballast - almost all need water or sand in the base so they do not tip over, and keep away from where cars are parked if possible - can still tip over in very strong winds. And unless instructions say it is OK, do not use water ballast if subject to freezing (or put on calendar to drain each fall) - can split plastic base wide open when it freezes.

Professionally - Handyman category in Search The List would probably be cheapest to do this. Cost probably his minimum trip charge - $40-80 typically.
