Below are some previous similar questions FYI, assuming of course that accessibility is decent. I am assuming here you mean the condensor fan (large outside fan which removes waste heat from the condensor or "radiator" coil outside. And by module I assume you mean the capacitor or hard-start module for that fan motor. Generally, replacing that would be covered by $500-1000 range in almost all normal cases.

If you meant the compressor with normally integral motor, then commonly more in the $1000-2000 range complete - more for pricey, multi-stage compressor, or very large units. If the compressor is being replaced then generally, unless a premature failure in a young unit, the repair versus replace issues comes into play.
