My bath tub in the basement has a crack, the plumber has to remove the old one and replace it to a new fiber glass tub and the wall.

Replacing the tub, assuming correctly sized for the installl location, about $250-400 labor plus about $100 materials typically.

The wall, depends on what needs doing. $1000 plus if rot needing stud replacement. If just tear out a surround and put in another one, probably about $250 range labor and about $50 materials. If replace drywall or greenboard and put up new then surround, more like $500-800 labor range, $150-200 materials.

Both these without cost of tub or surround kit themselves.
