Depends on house materials used for construction, roofing type, etc - but typically, in the ballpark (barring extreme soil conditions) on the order of $40-70/SF complete except in a few extreme high cost urban areas like SFO, NYC, Boston, West LA, etc.

Screening it in typically $3-5/SF more (per SF of surrounding screened "wall", not per SF of deck surface).

We are talking a roofed-over front porch with the "back wall" being the original house siding, no interior finishes or utilities or such except maybe a light or two or maybe an overhead fan, NOT an enclosed deck or sunroom which will be more typically in the $100 or more range.

Realize these are ballpark numbers - get several bids and make sure they are COMPLETE with all the features and types of materials you are looking for, and use a General Contractor, not just a deck contractor, since this in including roofing.

Pay special attention to how he is going to weatherproof the junction or interface with the existing roof, especially if in a snow area where ice damming on the cold porch roof backing up to the warmer house roof is a serious consideration and problem.
