How much would it cost to open a small bathroom window on exterior wall?

Locate in Tampa Bay area, Florida. I would like to open a small window in the first floor half bathroom on the exterior wall to allow some natural light and air flow. Even 1 square foot would be big enough, shape doesn't matter. Could anyone shed some light on the cost? Thank you!

Here are a couple of similar previous similar questions with answers which should put you in the ballpark - note will be cheapest if put between existing studs (usually a 14-1/2" space, so allows about 13-13-1/2" wide window frame width in the opening without having to cut any studs) and located above any enclosure/tile.
