Rip off existing Asphalt shingle roof, new gutters (included in price?), replace any rotted wood, replace fascia if needed, replace/repair flashing as needed.

Reroofing typical cost info you can find in the Home> Roofing link under your question. Cost for replacing deteriorated sheathing (at additional cost) is also in those answers.

Replacing rotted fascia or rake boards would be additional cost - typically $5-10/LF including painting depending on how mounted and complexity of detailing or trim if any. That assumes there is no rot in the ends of the rafters. This should be investigated and repaired BEFORE the reroof starts, because sometimes many of the rafters are rotted at the ends behind badly rotted fascia boards so the easiest and cheapest fix can be to shorten the rafters a few inches (assuming adequate overhang) and cut back the roof sheathing the same amount - obviously something to do BEFORE reroofing.

Check out the Home > Gutters link in Browse Projects at lower left for that pricing - NOT included in normal roofing proces, and usually not same contractor.
