Depending on whether going with cheap after-market cat and a muffler shop, better line auto parts store cat and certified repair shop, or dealer - can run from $125 range for the convertor to about $800, and labor from about $100 to $1000 - for total cost of about $225 bare minimum (probably more normally $300-400 at most places), all the way up to about $1000 - 1250 at a Lexus dealer. Even saw one web comment on a Lexus dealer wanting almost $2000 for this on your model - which is just ludicrous, because a normal cat convertor replacement even at a dealer should not run over $1000.

You did not say WHY you need a new cat convertor - if physically torn up or rusted out, sure. But if because you are getting a cat convertor error code those are very commonly due to an exhaust leak before the convertor, or a dead or dying oxygne sensor, which are FAR cheaper to replace.
