Typically you're going to pay for the price of the board ($100-$300) plus the hourly cost of installation, say $100 an hour, and likely a $100 service charge (unless you bring it in yourself).

This is one of those things where, unless it's under warranty, or an incredibly nice tv, it may be a good opportunity to upgrade, or pick up another one used in your area.

My family used to own a TV repair business, but they sold it because except for bulk rates to businesses (a hospital may need a half dozen TVs repaired, for example) it was getting cheaper to just buy a new one than to fix an old one.
