How much does it cost to replace a roof? Cost of all materials and labor?

20 square; stripping double layer of shingles roof and removal of rubbish. New ice/water shield on edges. Top roof guard over balance of roof. New Cambridge IKO architects shingles. Step flashing where needed

I presume by "top roof guard" I presume you mean RoofTopGuard membrane under the shingles.

You can find a large number of responses to the roofing price issue in the Home > Roofing link right under your question.

I am afraid I do not have ready access to pricing on IKO shingles - most of the price estimates assume $1/SF for normal shingle cost, so add the difference between the IKO New Cambridge and that to your per square foot price.

I would also add about $0.25-0.40/SF to the estimates for your second layer of shingles removal and disposal costs.
