Typically about $5/SF for normal tile, just for the tiling, not incuding pan, plumbing, etc. If you meant complete shower installation with tile, normally about $2-3,000 for that size shower, assuming replacing existing one with drain and valves and everything located same place as old one.

I would question the 12x24 tile - that is AWFUL large for a wall or a shower. Not only will it probably look terribly overpowering, but that large a tile is hard to put up, and if on ever comes loose you will have quite a high probability of breaking tile in the pan area also when it falls, not to mention foot damage. Usually showers are not recommended to use larger than 6 inch tile on the walls for that reason, or on the floor for crack reduction reasons.
