Here is a previous similar question which should put you in the ballpark, assuming your property is in a developed area (so they do not have to go a long ways to pick up reference monuments). In residential subdivisions usually they do not have to go more than a block away for that.

For a single side fence, depending on whether your property corners are in place or not and how far they have to get to establish survey location if not, probably a low of around $100-150 (whatever their minimum callout charge is) to maybe $200 range assuming local control is still in place.

This of course also assumes the plat for your property is readily available, there are not conflicting easements, etc. Note also we are talking a fence location survey only here - NOT establishing a formal property line with boundary markers, etc - just surveying where the fence lies relative to the property line, or for a new fence providing a few marks on-line on the property line (or at the desired offset) for the fencing company to use to build the fence.
