How to forward messages to email

I'm a new member and noticed that the messages send to Angie's List from contractors to me are not forwarded to my email on file. Is there a way to have the messages sent to email? I don't want to log in to Angie's list constantly when I'm expecting a reply.

You should receive an email notification every time a service provider responds to your message or sends you a message. These notifications should arrive to the email address we have on file for you (the email address you use to sign in to your account).
