How long will vinyl fencing last in Florida sun?

Depends a LOT on the quality of the product - I have seen vinyl siding and fencing literally sag and "melt" in 105-115 degree days in the Southwest, Midwest, and South - other homes with similar but different brand products in the same area having zero damage. And those were not instances where reflection from windows was causing the dsamage, which is a whole nother issue and can occur in any hot area - I have seen vinyl fencing melted to the point of fence boards drooping to the ground from reflections off car windows.

And vinyl will eventually be affected by the ultraviolet and start turning color and hazing, eventually cracking - but that generally takes longer than an equivalent wood fence would last, around 20-30 years for instance. And if you get white (if that suits you) the bleaching and hazing will not be as noticeable as with say a black or brown.

However, a good quality vinyl, especially in white, is probably more likely to be significantly damaged by hurricanes than the sun in your area so I would not be too concerned - but I would take care to get a good, well-reviewed brand - and for best life, it should be "virgin vinyl", with no recycled content and have ultraviolet inhibitor in the plastic - though being virgin will raise the installed price maybe 10% or so, and probably rule out the cheapest box home improvement products.
