National average is about $57,000 complete - so maybe 45-50,000 in your case with appliances and flooring done. Odd you did those first - usually they are done last, and will complicate follow-on work because they will have to take special care to protect the floor, and will remove the appliances to do cabinets. Or maybe this is the classic "just a bit of an improvement" project that, oer the years, is becoming a complete remodel.

Cabinets, lights, countertops are highly variable costs, but typically about $20-35,000 cost. That leaves about $15-30,000 range for the labor - usually in low to mid $20's.
