Question DetailsAsked on 2/16/2012

How is it that people can rate you on Angieslist histogram with a bad review and you never even gave them a formal bid or did any work.

I am a contractor with all A's and have a lady that rated me with a D. I never gave here a bid and never did any work. How can you give people like this a way to lower your grade. At least give us a chance to work for these people before they can make our companies look bad.We have everything to lose and nothing to gain by this.

We believe all parts of a service experience--from initial contact to work complete--are important. That said, however, reports where work was not completed are weighted less than reports with work done.
