How much should repair for a Refrigerator ice maker cost?

Ice maker and water not working. Checked the water line and everything is intact.

Could be anything from a defective water shutoff valve in the reefer to an electrical problem in the valve to the entire system being frozen up, to something less likely like a blockage from debris in either the reefer or the under-sink shutoff valve blocking the line.

My guess, since you do nnot have either ice or chilled water, is the incoming water solenoid-controlled fill valve has faqiled.

Assuming the icemaker itself is OK and it is a water line or fill switch problem, I would guess the usualy $60-100 service call fee, plus up to maybe $50 in parts.
