Products like Limeaway and other iron stain removers will take it out, as will muriatic acid (dilute hydrochloric acid) and white vinegar, but they will also damage the concrete surface and leave a porous spot that will damage with weathering.

Other suggestions - google this phrase and you will find a number of suggestions -
remove iron stain from concrete

just bear in mind anything that will remove the stain will slightly damage the concrete, leaving that spot more porous, so when you have it fixed seal it. Obviously a concrete sealer would be best but I have never seen it in less than 1 gallon cans (maybe your concrete contractor will give you a bit if you take an empty bottle or jar to him), otherwise brush on or rub on a liquid silicone sealer or silicone lubricant spray. Do NOT do large areas, as it will make it very slippery when wet.
