How much to run plumbing to new bathroom, just toilet, sink, not including installation, crawl space below

Putting in a new half bathroom under stairs. There is a four foot tall crawl space below the bathroom that extends to the existing main floor bath which is about fifteen feet away. I would put in the sink and toilet myself, I just want the plumbing lines done by a professional. Thank you!

Ok - just a half bath - no tub or shower, probably (assuming standard plumbing which can just be extended) and also assuming the drain can be routed to easily tie into existing drain line with proper slope, I would expect something in the $1000 budget range - and you might be lucky and get it for a few hundred $ less, maybe as much as $500 more if in a high priced area.
