Very rough ballpark numbears - about $0.25/SF plus or minus about 10 cents for labor (double that if they are doing the pre-cleaning rather than you pre-washing it), and about $0.25-0.75/SF for the sealer depending on whether using water-base emulsion (like box stores sell) or a true asphalt product. This is for cold-applied broomed or squeegeed-on product. For hot-applied true asphalt or tar see the referenced prior questions for responses about cost and the diffferences in cost and life of the products.
