Around here, for gas-fired boiler (oil or coal is 25-50% higher), seasonal offers by postcard are running $79-99 right now. Usually about $125 in our relatively high-priced area including thermocouple replacement, no other parts - just inspect for operation, leaks, boiler cracks, or damaged flue and clean the burners and firebox and adjust gas pressure to the thermocouple or burner if needed.
