How to stop neighbor from letting their dog urinate on bushes?

Two of our neighbors walk their dogs each morning and afternoon. We have an evergreen bush close to the curb and they let their big male dogs urinate on the bush. The urine is making a huge brown spot on the bush. I don't want to confront the neighbors because they are friends and may get angry. I think they are just unaware of what is happening.

You can try putting "pesticide treated-stay away" signs around your lawn. If they really care about their dog, they would try to stay away.
