Could run about $75-150 for a Handyman if a surface-mounted unit - so only a few screw or bolt holes to patch and touchup the paint on.

For an in-wall unit, I would say more like $150-300 because you are talking two-three trips - one for the removal and drywall work, another or two for the priming and finish painting.

Course, if you are able to do the painting that cuts it down to one trip in either case, so cuts the cost.

Or view a few Youtube videos and make this a DIY job - not tough to do assuming you are able to transport a sheet of drywall (if in-wall cabinet) or get the guys at the store to score and break it into a size that will fit in your car (and in rough sizes larger than the hole).

Or get a replacement medicine cabinet/mirror that will just cover the hole in the wall, though I would seal it with plastic cloth and caulk in the process to keep bathroom moisture out of the wall.
