If all bare concrete, brick, or concrete block then cleanup, disinfection, and mildewcide treatment should probably run about $200-350, assuming you are talking a fraction of an inch or less of water, not a full basement worth.

If water was from the sewer, than probably $150-300 more due to required personnel protective hear and general unpleasantness surcharge.

If any wood, drywall or insulation got wet then price goes up because you have tearout and disposal costs - can run a few hundred more to dry and treat bare wood stud walls, to several thousand $ if finished walls need full drywall and insulation tearout, wood drying and treatment, then insulation and drywall replacement.
