Assuming you mean a wood deck - like a porch for the trailer - commonly about $10-15/SF with normal lumber or treated timber - a lot more with Trex or similar "plastic" decking, commonly 50-100% more total cost.

This would be for a simple, on-grade pad or block foundation - i.e. no piers deep into the ground, but since you are not tying this to a house those are probably not necessary. For a full deck with fancier stairs and railings all around (required by code if deck is more than 30" off ground - 24" in Canada) or with higher-end decking like Trex or cedar or heart redwood, more in the $25-35/SF range commonly.

Also - decks built by Deck and Porch contractors (your Search the List category) are probably going to run about 25-50% higher than if built by a Handman - who is probably all you need for a simple porch like this.
