Mulch and Topsoil is the Search the List category for this, but you seem to have a bit of a misunderstanding about how Angies List works. You do not put your project or need on the Questions section and wait for responses - because this is a nationwide forum, plus vendors/contractors cannot afford to search through AL every day for potential work.
You become a member (there are free memberships, plus paid membership classes with more benefits) then use Search the List (left end of green bannear bar above) to search through the category which is applicable to you, to find well-rated and reviewed vendors for your need.

Note also - especially since you may need more - normal truckload size for topsoill can range between 10-25 cubic yards depending on the equipment the vendor has (from smallish dumptruck to largish (7-15 cy typically, practically limited to 12 in some areas by weight limits), plus some have 5-20 CY pup trailers they can tow behind the dump truck. Tractor-trailer combos commonly go to about 25 CY though some states allow MaxHauls carrying over 40CY in some areas. So - talk to potential vendors about their hauling capacity (and taking into account load restrictions in your area) - because say you best price is from someone ith a 12CY truck - getting 15CY makes those extra 3 CY pricey because the hauling charge is typically a flat delivery fee of $50-150, plus so much per CY for the material.
