I have a 55" Philips smart led tv how much to fix the crack in screen or to just replace screen

It's cracked with a black patch on one side and gray lines on other side

Unless yours is one of the rare ones with a protective glass cover over the LED screen and only that protective glass is cracked (not your case by the description of the black patch and gray lines), the LED elements are imbedded in the glass, so not fixable if failed due to it being cracked - you have to replace either the screen or the entire TV.

VERY rough ballpark, commonly about $1000-1500 for a large screen TV and about half the cost of a new TV for very large screen or very fancy TV's, so commonly for less than about 42-48" TV's commonly (especially with the cost of TV's constantly plummeting) buying a new TV with new warranty is the best solution.
