Several different class action suits need to be rought against angielist and her new found

friend in crime homeadvisor.

Lets see Angieslist made a fortune by taking hard earned small business cash promises all these great things that never happen if that was not enoubh phase II IS THE NEVER ENDING THEFT TAKEN FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND IF YOU DO NOT PAY UP, THIS UNSCROUPULOUS CRIMINAL WILL BASH YOU ON THE INTERNET ON THE FIRST PAGE!!!

Lets recap this gets better, a small business owner has been hopeful that is a honest, reliable

lead generating company.

Fact is folks you have all either been put out off business or she has stole your customer and leads and have given them to her partner in crime and small businesses competion home adviser ( service magic) so guess what happens next all of a sudden this law breaker issues your site a 1 star and list at the bottom of your own page several home adviser contractors raking in the dough.

Criminal investigations need to take place and several liars should be sent to prison and sentenced to the full extent of the law.

Votes Here it is, March 2020 and Angie's list has not changed their fraudulent business practices, in fact they have gotten worse going by their terrible reviews many naming the same problems I encountered.I was investigating Angie's list for use when I received a C 20 HVAC Contractors license which I was planning on doing, I never completed my account with them, I was told they were going to construct a website and design an ad etc, shortly afterwards I was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma 2nd stage , informed them of this but they disregarded me and continued as if I had completed my account setup, while in the hospital my girlfriend tells me Angie's list has billed my checking account for $350 and is alleging I had a website and ad on their site,, she liked and found my name listed however it was unrated and had the wrong phone number, they alleged I had customers waiting and I was ignoring them, I repeatedly told them of my status and then they started saying I owed them over $3,500 for a year at $350 a month!! If I wanted to "cancel" I owed an entire year! What type of outfit resorts to this type of practice?I told them I do not have a contractors license yet and was not legally able to perform the work , I asked them how this was happening since I never completed signing up and had no C-20 contractors license?
They ignored me and to my amazement they dinged my checking account for a 2nd month!! Completely fraudulent! My bank finally had to change my account #s as they were billing me as if everything was OK! The bank listed the activity as fraudulent activity! There are numerous examples of this fraudulent behavior ongoing!I was ripped off for $1,250 of which my bank refunded me 1 month, Angie's list kept trying to take money from me regardless of the situation, they obviously do not vet anybody, I have a felony for domestic violence , not theft but Angie's never vetted me so anyone with felonies could be showing up from Angie's list, to add insult to injury I just received a letter from a collection agency in Montana saying I owed $3,500 to Angie's list! I told them everything but they only care about getting me to pay them by threatening to damage my credit rating! Nice way to treat a dying man !

Yes, I did not renew my contract and Angies List kept taking money from my account. I called and they said we renewed via email but could not give me a copy of it to prove it. I had to change my bank account info to stop payments and then they put me in collections. I would like to get involved in a class action suit. I did not renew because of issue with customers calling for discounts that could not be proven, such as a military or senior discount.
