I have an Angie's list contract when I tried to access Sears a Chicago company

I got a pop up that advised me I don;t have access to the Chicago list and would need to have it added. Why?

here is a similar question with AL response - you can also upgrade your membership to one of the higher-level plans and get nationwide coverage with your membership.
