Check manufacturer website to see if they list repair locations - otherwise google for local vendors of that brand at commercial office equipment places (not box stores) and call them to see if they repair or know who does. BTW - GBC stands for General Binding Corporation - or

From experience - fi the problem is it got too hot and melted the plastic film to the rollers, good luck - sometimes after you remove the roller alcohol will remove it, but generally means buying new roller(s). On a small consumer-size machine, not worth cost of repair usually, but is on the commercial office-sized and wide-format ones.
