I HAVE TRIED ALL I KNOW TO DO TO SELL THESE CRYPTS, ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?

I Hve called every funeral is there within a 100 mi. radius. no positive response at attl. any other suggestions?

When you said you called funeral, I presume you meant funeral homes ?

Normal way to sell plots (I presume you mean in-place crypts, not just the crypt structure itself, not installed on a plot ?) is either to sell it back to the cemetary, sell it to a cemetary plot broker, advertise it in the funeral plot/cemetary plot secrtion of a paper or online sale site like eBay or Craigslist, or advertise (if allowed) on church bulletin board. OF course, all these ways mean you will get a lot less for it than you paid for it.

One other last resort - especially if you itemize deductions - find a church or charity who will accept them to donate them to, so at least you can write off the market value on your taxes. If you do this you will HAVE to get a formal appraisal befor hand for tax purposes, because you are certainly talking over $250 per.
