Good luck with the BBB thing.
If you are unable to log in, posting your issue here in the ASK forum is not the right way to contact them - Member Services does not actively monitor this forum, which is intended for self-help questions looking for answers from other contributing people. If they will not answer the phone for you probably means you have less than a full-price membersip - only the full membership classes have phoen access to member services. Send an eMail (with your name and eMail address but without any credit card info or such) demanding cancellation of your membership to - If you are demanding a full refund of the current membership or they renewed without your authorization (something they evidently routinley do) so state with the amount charged on your credit card which you want refunded If they fail to do so, then I would report the charge to the fraud department at your credit card as an unauthorized charge - this seems to be a VERY commonly complaint abount Angies List, constantly charging credit cards automatically even if the member has cancelled their membership.
