You have a pretty specialized requirement and I'm kind of skeptical that searching Angies List is going to be particularly helpful way to find a business that can help you with this need.

I suspect that many restaurants, including those who don't solicit for catering business, would be interested in trying to help you out. You should start by identifying restaurants that offer chicken and dumplings.

In some parts of the country, only a relative handful of restaurants offer it, but I'm suspecting that you're living someplace where this is a pretty popular dish. While "family " restaurants may be best-equipped to make large batches of food, many smaller operations may still be able to accommodate your needs.

Anyway, after you've identified some restaurants that offer chicken and dumpings, you'll want to satisfy yourself that they have a really great recipe. You'll probably want to go to the restaurants and try it for yourself. Anyway, after finding the restaurant with the great recipe, you'll need to approach the general manager to determine whether they can meet your needs and to negotiate the terms of the deal. Here's to your successful fund raiser!
