Ceramic Tile contractor would be the normal Search the List category for this if tile surround - if plastic surround Handyman would be more normal though tileman can do that too. Some Plumbers do it also. (Reason I way tile man for tile surround is he is less likely to damage the tile scraping and cutting the old caulk away, and will be prepared and able to do local regrouting also if needed.

Also not real tough to do yourself though does take a few hours first time around - check out Youtube how-to videos. for first-time DIY'er, I would recommend an acrylic latex caulk like Dap KWIK Tub and Tile Caulk if you can accept white or colored caulk - water cleanup so not such a mess if you drip or smear some around. Silicone caulk can be a challenge for people who have not caulked much, though arm yourself with a roll of paper towels and some protective newspaper and go for it with the longer-lived silicone caulk if you are game or really want transparent caulk.

When recaulking - remember it may not be just the surround/tub interface that needs caulking - shower door (if a tub/shower combo) may need it, and the reentrant corners on tile surrounds and possibly all corners/joints on plastic surrounds may need recaulking too.
