Thank you for reaching out to Angie's List. We would encourage going to and set up a free membership. You want to search our Builders - Homes Category or our Remodeling - Mobile and Modular Homes Category to find a provider in your area to complete the project.

For the moving only, a house trailer moving company - or a salvage company doing the salvaging of the trailers also, would be the normal contractor for this - and Demolition companies might also bid, but there are no Angies List categories for those services. It might be a General Contractor will be needed, because normally as a tenant on a base (appears you are on the FEMA National Emergency Training Center campus) in removing the trailer, unless new ones are going in to replace them, you will likely have to remove or at least properly abandon the utility connections and any septic system and rehabilitate the adjacent ground - includign possibly removing paving or concrete steps and such, reestablishing lawn where the trailers were, etc. If this is a site abandonment rather than just replacing old trailers, given your agency, you might also have a bunch of communications cabling and maybe antennas to be removed too, which might well best be part of the same contract.

Posting your needs here is not effective - this is a nationwide forum and contractors do not troll it looking for work prospects - that would not be effective even if the Questions area were set up that way and were not nationwide. It is not like Craigslist where you list your needs and people contact you - you need to find the appropriate category in Search the List, then use the list to find well-rated and reviewed vendors for your job.

I think you have another more serious problem going on here - since you are using a eMail address I presume you are a federal employee. I am not sure about BBG regulations since you are a semi-indepedent federal agency, but most likely you should be advertising this in accordance with the FAR's (Federal Acquisition Regulations) or maybe through the GSA (General Services Administration) property disposal system - or your agency's rules if it is independent of those regulations.

I would suggest you ask Angies List to delete your posting so you do not get into trouble, and talk to your local procurement officer about the proper procurement procedure to advertise this work - which will mean preparing a proper contract notification and advertisement of availability of bid documents, and of course proper plans and specs and general conditions (with all the EEO and minority/womens/vets preference boilerpalte and such) bid package for the bidders to bid to and to lead to a contract for the successful bidder. When you talk to the procurement officer I would fess up that you did not know what the procedures were and did the posting here (and shortly thereafter deleted it), because he/she will likely have to issue a formal offer retraction in the proper bidders forum.
