Realizing there is some risk of wall damage and a slight liability risk if they hurt themselves on your property, and the risk of letting unknown people in your home, Craigslist it and it will probably move pretty fast if not in dirty or real worn condition.

If in decently clean and usable condition, non-profits in your area who have used goods stores - Goodwill and The ARC and Salvation Army for instance, sometimes will come take larger items out of your home by appointment - but in some areas they require it be outside the house (or in the garage if you will be homnem at pickup time) for them to pick it up so they don't get any complaints about nicked or dented walls or such.

You could also contact the local United Way office and see if there are any non-profits in your area like Boys and Girls Club or Covenant House or such which have indicated a need for used couches.

DIY disposal - use utility knife and sawzall or skil saw and cut it into manageable sized pieces and throw away in the dumpster/trash can some each week for a few weeks.

Otherwise - if you don't have a few strong back friends and one with a pickup (or rent a pickup at U-Haul or such for $25-50) to haul them to the dump (note there will be dump fees too), your Search the List category would be Hauling - the two-guys-and-a-truck type firms that clear out trash and junk in yards or attics or basements and haul it off to the junkyard.
