I have been fighting Mohawk carpet for two years over a bad carpet I bought...I am losing what now?

I purchased a house full of carpet from Lowes here in Beaumont Texas and in less that a month it looked like the carpet was 2-3 years old....very little traffic...Lowes told me I had to go thru Mohawk.they sent out testers and tech people and state that the type I purchased "no Allergy" looked that way. The compant rep."s were rude thorough out the prosess,,,,,,,,,Help

Sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately it's all too common. Mohawk and Shaw are notoriously difficult to deal with and very rarely honor their warranties. As much as I hate to say it you will probably never get anywhere with this problem. It's disgusting, I know, but that's the way this rotten cookie crumbles. You could try to contact an independent Master Carpet Inspector by visiting Maybe they can help.
